🧠 This Week’s Training Tip

Focus is the foundation of everything. Start simple: say your dog’s name in a normal voice once. The second they look at you—mark it and reward big. Do this 10–15 times a day in the house, then the yard, then on walks. No repeating the name. No pulling their head toward you. Just one clear cue and a jackpot when they choose you. That single habit turns every distraction into an opportunity to build rock-solid attention.

Workshop tomorrow is cancelled due to the rain overnight. Park really needs a day to dry out.
